No matter how you like your ham… fried, baked or slow cooked in a lard can, this ham is for you. Age makes the difference. Our hams are salt cured, hickory smoked, and naturally aged until they are ready to make that good red eye gravy. “People don’t cure a ham the old-fashioned way anymore,” Ed Rice said. “It takes about a year from the time we get a ham until it is ready to sell.”
Now you can enjoy our famous Country Ham a little at a time. We will slice and vacuum seal your ham in convenient packages. When buying a whole ham or half ham sliced the center slices will be packaged two slices per package. The end slices will be packed with three or more slices per package. Store the sliced ham in your refrigerator or freezer upon arrival. Your last bite will be as good as your first. Available in whole or half ham slices.
