Shipping and Return Policies

SHIPPING POLICIES

We ship anywhere in the continental United States. All packages will be shipped UPS. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical address is required. We ship daily October 1 through December 19th. Your order will be processed and shipped within 7 business days of placing your order during those months, unless specified otherwise.

Packages shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped through the U.S. Post Office. Certain items are not available for shipment to these two states.

OFF SEASON SHIPPING

The off season is Janurary 7 through September 30. We will have a limited supply of products available for shipment during this time. Orders will only be accepted online during the off season. Orders placed in the off season will ship the Monday after your order is received. Orders placed during June, July and August may require 2 day or 3 day shipping.

RETURNED PACKAGE AND ADDRESS CORRECTION POLICY

Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of the customer. We will contact you prior to reshipping to acquire the correct address. UPS charges a $11.00 fee for all address changes and returned packages. This cost will be past on to the customer. Please confirm all addresses prior to placing your order, to assure your package arrives in a timely fashion and there are no unnecessary charges.

STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGES:

All items in the gift box section are priced including shipping. There will be no additional charge to those items.

A flat rate fee will be added for shipping and handling based on the total price of your order.

Sales Tax will be added for all Tennessee Deliveries.
